Housed within our maximum-security Remote Video Response Centre, ‘The Vaults’, this pioneering key holding facility offers unparalleled safeguarding measures for our clients. Morse ‘Watchmans’ provides a highly secure and auditable facility, through an electronic fob encoded with a unique serial that is exclusive to each key, ensuring accountability and control over client property 24/7.

Mobile Alarm Response
With security and peace of mind being the top of our agenda, we are proud to have invested both time and development into our specialist response team, ‘City Net Patrol’ which consists of a fleet of uniformed officers equipped with Samson Security CCTV fitted vehicles. On hand to administer various high security duties, the officers are able to deliver fast intruder and key holder response duties, together with pre-arranged and random site checks.
Our mobile alarm response team is also linked to our Alarm Receiving Centre/Remote Video Response Centre (ARC/RVRC), ‘The Vaults’, whereby staff members are in constant communication with one another to ensure that the team is fully informed of real-time occurrences.
Likewise, our team are linked with the three emergency services so that situations can be dealt with quickly and proactively should further assistance be required.
To complement our key holder services, we are able to provide immediate access to check on site, should a situation arise. If the client is the keyholder, our staff can act as a reliable escort, providing a physical presence, ensuring your safety at all times.

Our reputable mobile response service is dictated by our personable and professional approach, and we strive to provide clients with constant peace of mind for their property. In line with our extensive list of technological advancements, all of our designated response vehicles are fitted out with wireless CCTV cameras, which transmit 4K images to ‘The Vaults’ through the use of 4G/5G signalling. Likewise, our mobile supervisors sport VSS enabled headcams, which also convey live imagery to the ARC/RVRC for efficient and comprehensive handling of situations. This can prove especially useful in hazardous environments.
