As an SSAIB-certificated provider operating an EN 50518 Cat I ARC, we guarantee compliance with insurance and police requirements – giving you the reassurance of a trusted, accredited service. Monitoring is carried out in line with BS 9518, ensuring alarm signals are processed correctly and promptly.
We are also an ECHO-connected ARC, meaning verified intruder and hold-up alarms are sent directly to police dispatch – saving up to 4 minutes in response time.
To ensure resilience and reliability, we partner with leading signalling providers, including CSL, AddSecure, Texecom Monitor, and Ajax. All of our signalling solutions are IP-ready, ensuring your system remains fully operational and compliant as the UK’s PSTN network is switched off in 2027.
