It is a legal requirement for all non-domestic/commercial properties, where necessary, to have appropriate Fire Detection and Alarm Systems installed. It is also a requirement to ensure those systems are appropriately maintained.

Performed by competent technicians, we can design and install Fire Detection and Alarm Systems to meet the needs of a fire risk assessment. Our technicians will also perform detailed checks following the installation to ensure the system is safe, ready to use and staff are appropriately trained in its operation.

Our technicians have a comprehensive understanding of the appropriate British Standards and with our maintenance packages, we will perform regular inspections to ensure your system is maintained to a high standard and that the system remains reliable, suitable for the building and fully operational, ready in the event of a fire. For extra protection, we can also link your system to our Alarm Receiving Centre, alerting us when a fire alarm is activated. Our control room personnel will then notify the local fire and rescue service, as well as a keyholder.

We are BAFE Registered for the Installation, Maintenance, Commissioning and Handover of Fire Alarm Systems, in which we are third-party certificated by SSAIB. We continuously demonstrate best practice in working to British Standard BS 5839-1 and BAFE SP203-1.

As an SSAIB-certificated provider, we continually demonstrate confidence and competence in the design, installation and maintenance of British Standard compliant Intruder Alarm Systems, meeting the requirements of Insurance Companies and enabling us to apply for URNs (Police Response) for monitored systems.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art surveillance facilities confined within our Alarm Receiving Centre / Remote Video Response Centre (also known as ‘The Vaults’), we are also able to monitor your premises via the use of motion detection. BS 8418 Detector-Activated VSS Monitoring ensures we are alerted to all activity which allows us to act on potential crimes immediately to help diminish the risk of their manifestations. On the rare occasion of an intruder or other incident, the relevant emergency services are contacted immediately.
