What are the benefits of the course?
The course also includes a ‘Incident Report Writing’ workshop where delegates will be introduced to an incident report pro-forma sample. Learners will practice writing a report and discuss their findings with the group. At the end of this course delegates will be able to explain the importance of reporting and recording, describe what information should be included in the report and write clear and concise documents.
Assessment is made through a group quiz and completion of a sample incident report.
